Sign up at saleslead.com/contractor. Choose a subscription plan that fits your volume — Starter ($49/mo), Pro ($99/mo), or Premium ($199/mo). You get immediate 24-hour trial access the moment you sign up.
Log in to your portal and browse real job requests filtered to your trade and zip codes. You can see the full job description, location, and estimated job value before paying anything. Filter by service type, zip code, or job size.
Send a small deposit via Zelle to hunterfolkening@gmail.com and you receive the homeowner's full contact info within 1 hour. The deposit is a fraction of the total lead fee — the remainder is a success fee due only after you win the job.
Contact the homeowner, win the job, and pay the remaining success fee via Zelle. Contractors who consistently honor success fees get priority access to new leads and maintain their network standing.
If you do not receive any leads in a calendar month, your full subscription fee is refunded — no questions asked. We only make money when you get value. Email support@saleslead.com at the end of the month to request your refund.

Leads are automatically categorized by age. Fresh leads (0–30 days) are full price. Aging leads (31–60 days) are discounted 10%. Old leads (61–90 days) are discounted 20% and labeled "needs verification." Leads older than 90 days are removed from the marketplace.
Maximum 3 contractors per lead. First come, first served. Once 3 contractors have claimed a lead, it's removed from the marketplace.
If you receive zero leads in a calendar month on your subscription, your monthly fee is refunded in full. Email support@saleslead.com at the end of the month to request it.
All payments are made via Zelle to hunterfolkening@gmail.com. Include your business name and lead ID in the note. Subscription fees are due monthly, lead deposits are due at time of claiming.
